Technical Support, IT Support Service, Programming, Robotics, Technical Sales/ IT Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, IT Enabled Service, Software Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement robotics programs/features.
∎ Responsible for installing and delivering the robotics products at client premises
∎ Provide round the close technical support to clients
∎ Conduct R&D for continuous development and growth of existing products
∎ Providing robotic application support and consultation to clients
∎ Developing technical training curriculums & conducting technical training programs for clients
∎ Developing end user's technical knowledge and abilities with regards to Universal Robots and applications
∎ Preparing technical documentation
∎ Participating in customer visits
∎ Participating in Trade Shows, Media Events and Seminars
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with Robotics support - preferably with experience within diagnosis and debugging.
∎ Documented practical experience within automation - preferably with knowledge of mechanical and electronic products.
∎ Experience in designing and integrating robotic applications
∎ Experience in conducting Seminars/ Training
∎ Excellent computer and interpersonal skills
∎ Proficiency in a high-level programming language such as C++/Java/Python (a plus)
∎ An approachable individual who prides in providing a high standard of service and support to customers and partners
∎ An extrovert who enjoys interaction with customers
∎ Must possess the ability to analyze problems in a logical manner
∎ Must possess the ability to articulate problems & present solutions in a systematic manner
∎ Must possess good communication skills, ability to transfer knowledge and have a good understanding of cross cultural differences
∎ Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/ tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize projects and tasks
∎ Self-starter who is resourceful and initiates work without specific instruction
∎ Exhibits ownership over responsibilities and assigned tasks by ensuring that projects/ tasks are completed correctly and on time
∎ Is flexible and works professionally
∎ Is a team player and possess an understanding of how different department functions support one another
∎ Quick learner who grasps concepts and processes quickly and intuitively
