Experience in data management and monitoring for at least 3 years of which 2 years DHIS2 related in application, database, and server levels in a disease-control programme or project.
Working experience in HIV program with National or International Organization will be counted as an additional value.
Experience in working with Government system.
Excellent leadership capacity
Good communication and facilitation/ presentation skill
Writing and spoken skill on English
The maximum age for recruitment is 55 years and one can continue his/ her service up to the age of 62 years.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
- Overall planning, development and management of the activities related to PLHIV database, prevention data base in DHIS2 in consultation with relevant officials
- Regular maintenance of the tracker or data set
- Lead in the identification of specific user needs such as administrative level appropriate Dashboards, and translating the needs into tangible outputs.
- Support to entry daily data enter by data entry point. Conduct data validation of respective division. Address trouble shoot and fix IT equipment used for data entry in different reporting sites.
- Ensure standard operation of organization's data flow network. Update of the data element, data set, or create a new data set or tracker if needed as per programme needs.
- Server management.
- DHIS2 Dashboard creation according to the needs of the Programme.
- Capacity building for the programme people for data use, data visualization and improving data quality through frequent field visit, organize training/ orientation, etc. Arrange on job training for program staff in monitoring, reporting mechanism.
- Trouble shooting of the software in operating KP reporting, PLHIV database, e-LMIS and unique ID code for smooth data entry by all entry sites (online/ face to face/ etc)
- Support in development and piloting of unique ID code, link with the DHIS2, trouble shooting and monitoring the roll-out to the program
- Generating reports/ data/ brief as per programme needs
- Development of e-LMIS in consultation with the stakeholders and link with DHIS2, capacity building of the service delivery point staff in logistics reporting
- Coordination with different unit /personnel.
Workplace
Dhaka and frequent field visit across the country .
Job Other Benifits:
Tk 130,000/= per month inclusive of taxes.
