• Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Jacquard programming software .

• Strong knowledge of yarn types, knitting structures and patterns.

• Ability to troubleshoot Jacquard knitting machines and optimize production.

• Understanding of garment production workflow and quality control standards.

• Additional Competencies

• Good problem-solving and pattern development skills.

• Communication skills for coordinating with designers, production teams, and machine operators.

·         Develop Whole garments and Flat knitting sample.

·         Manage end-to-end sample development procedures.

·         Provide maintenance and programming support.

·         Create virtual sample designs in Apex 3 & Apex4.

·         Expertise in sweater industry standards and practices.

·         Analyze and make decision on sample approvals.

·         Support sales team with product promotion.

·         Conduct market research for sweater industry.

·         Understand knit, wash, linking, assemble and package processes.

·         Deliver Basic to Advance sweater knitting training.

·         Teach CG (Virtual sampling) and PGM (pattern making).

·         Generate 3D Simulation.

·         Assist in the distribution strategy of knitting machine.

·         Ensure customer satisfaction through technical support.

·         Innovate solution for complex knitting challenges.

·         Streamline operations for sweater manufacturing efficiency.
