Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Education (M.Ed)
∎ Masters preferably in social science or related discipline from any recognised educational institute with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examination.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop plan and resource plan for bridge school through survey and prepare an operating plan accordingly.
∎ Ensure quality management system and compliance; Prepare plan for staff and teacher professional development.
∎ Formulate the annual operating plan and align the budget and expenditure and Implement accordingly.
∎ Tracking budget, reports and financial status of the programme.
∎ Analyse program quality, identify key issues of programme implementation and work closely with BEP field management, senior management and other stakeholders to address those accordingly.
∎ Analysis of programme outcomes, performance and identification of progress and initiate necessary steps.
∎ Identifying the key strategies for monitoring and evaluation and also facilitate to implement the process.
∎ Initiative innovative pedagogical interventions in the classroom for ensuring learning quality.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years' experiences in education or development field
∎ According to the need of different projects, provide necessary support to BEP and relevant BRAC departments in developing different concept notes and budget notes.
∎ Plan and design workshops/ exposure visits for BEP and outside visitors.
