Experience:

• At least 5 years

An advanced university degree in the fields of social sciences, Disaster management development studies or other related fields.

• At least 5 years

• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in humanitarian cash transfer programming, including program management, coordination, and implementation.

• Sound knowledge of humanitarian principles, standards, and best practices related to cash-based interventions, including cash transfers, vouchers, and market-based approaches.

• Experience working in emergency settings and familiarity with the humanitarian architecture, and capacity building, including coordination mechanisms, and inter-agency coordination processes.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make timely and informed decisions in complex and rapidly changing environments.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in a UN setting would be an added advantage
