∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Age may be relaxed for deserving candidates
∎ At least 2 years of experience in working with NGO and private sector professionals in Health and Family Planning/Reproductive Health/Maternal Health programs of the public health arena
∎ Working experience in conducting training preferably on different Health and Family Planning related issues
∎ Good facilitation and presentation skills
∎ Excellent knowledge of the MS Office application suite
∎ Age may be relaxed for deserving candidates

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent will work as a team member of the SMC Training pool
∎ The incumbent will assist the training team for the capacity development of SMC's private sector network members through organizing training programs effectively
∎ The Program Officer will provide administrative support to the training team and assist trainer in facilitating basic, refresher training for Blue Star, Green Star, Pink Star and Rose Star providers
∎ The incumbent will strengthen coordination and collaboration with the public, private and NGO sectors to get continuous support in organizing training events
∎ The position will also follow up providers after training and assess further training needs
∎ This position needs extensive traveling to organize training events outside of the base station
