Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up, Initiate, Monitor, Control of the ongoing Production operations and review of Quality Control Reports.Floor/ Line Management and operate the high tech machines.
∎ Initiate production planning and management activities within the organisation.
∎ Plan work flow and schedules for production departments.
∎ Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
∎ Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
∎ Follow up on Daily Production Status.
∎ Ensure that finished products meet quality standards.
∎ Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.
∎ Overall Control of the ongoing Production operations and review of Quality Control Reports.
∎ Resolve quality related issue in production and train operator to enhance efficiency.
∎ Prepare Production report & submit to the management as when necessary.
∎ Any other relevant assigned tasks as per supervisor's instruction.
∎ 4"M" & 4"P" Implement Proper way (4M - Man -Machine - Materials- Method & 4P -People - Policy- Procedure-Product ).
∎ Monitor and control all production process in sewing section.
∎ Take all necessary safety measures in connection with the production.
∎ Candidates who have hands on experience to increase productivity through applying modern/updated techniques are highly encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in production planning and coordination.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Sound in MS Excel, Power Point and MS Word.
∎ Good analytical skills and attention to details.
∎ Floor/ Line Management, Production, Production Management
∎ Operate the high tech machines to ensure 100% production.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good team player, well-organised, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Having Knowledge of automated high tech machines.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of production costing, fabric structure, Production capacity for any design, production time and quality.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary range may be changeable for highly experience candidates.
