• Properly machines operate and maintain the machine logbook.

• Adjust the machine fine-tuning to maintain proper quality and control wastage.

• Maintain the history card of M/C fault, spare consume, Loss time, and action is taken every day.

• Find out any fault and Instant problem solution in the machine running time and information to superior.

• Supervise the all-over work of gear change, unit change & Format change to perform the grade change.

• Monitor all works of operator & machine helpers

• Ensure proper glue label maintenance in hot melt glue unit and time to time filter cleaning.

• Supervise the handover of the Finished goods to the warehouse as per maintain proper documentation.

• Receive Raw materials from the warehouse as per requisition to continue production.

• All over check of the machine (glue line, airline, heater line & all parts) before the machine start.

• Properly maintain machine tools and accessories.

• Ensure participation and coordination in all maintenance work.

• Supervise all works of making, packing, and cleaning.

• Maintain daily floor stock of RM, PM& FG physical inventory for the proper record.

• Ensure participation in all maintenance work and maintain all maintenance records.

• Submit the consumption of RM & PM to the Cost and Budget Department on daily basis.

• Ensure good health, Environment & Safety of all production teams.

• Perform any other operation-related function indicated by the immediate superior.
