Job Context:
∎ • Monitor and direct movements towards Production department to meet daily production target
∎ • Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through the balancing of the machine and skilled worker
∎ • Make sure the production capacity, quality, and timing
∎ • Fully responsible from cutting to shipment (Fabric cutting-Sewing-Trimming-Packing)
∎ • Ensure sewing production through line Leaders, operators, and helpers
∎ • Set the line layout as per SMV and effort to increase production efficiency
∎ • Communicate and follow with merchandising, planning, IE, Store, cutting, finishing, and packing
∎ • Coordinate with the machine maintenance team to get most suitable support from them
∎ • Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage like rejection, alteration overproduction and extra hours of work
∎ • Executive the plan and reach the target set by the company.
∎ • Any other task is given by management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ • Have working experience in a reputed factory with handle major buyers like M&S, H & M. LiDL
∎ • Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ • Must have the ability to supervise and inspire the workers' team and staff.
∎ • Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ • Able to work under pressure.
∎ • Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ • Should be proactive and result-oriented.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 28000 (Monthly)
