Job Context:
∎ Vacancy in a 100% foreign (Chinese Investment Underwear Accessories) Company.
∎ We are looking for honest, bright and dynamic individual person for the above position.
∎ Job Location: Comilla EPZ.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates having commercial experience in making Export & Import documentation will be given preference.
∎ Should have knowledge of product sampling and production order follow-up till shipment, can develop and maintain T & A.
∎ Responsible for answering all the queries of the customers in order to gain in-depth knowledge about the customers and their demands
∎ handle Buyer's orders independently.
∎ To follow- up production with the coordination of supporting departments.
∎ Communicate with oversea clients & Handle clients independently.
∎ Creation of production plan and maintaining updates with regular reporting to company clients and management
∎ Daily production follow-up and give feedback report to the supervisor
∎ Must work in collaboration with store, production, and sample and accounts department.
∎ Manage buyers/ client accounts from order inquiry to shipment.
∎ Coordinate to other departments to ensure on-time shipment and 100% quality approval.
∎ Monitor and report on order follow-up from sampling till shipment.
∎ Strictly monitor for reducing wastage in production.
∎ Follow up the sample development and process to obtain sample approval in time to meet the production plan.
∎ Merchandisers need to be sensitive to color identification, and can't be color blind.
∎ Identifying potential problems and raising adequate call-outs to buyers for smooth execution of the orders & effective communication.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garment or Dyeing industry will be given priority. Being able to speak some Chinese is a significant advantage
∎ Excellent command in writing and speaking English,
∎ Good in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
∎ Multiple customer order follow up.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary can be beyond the usual range for special candidates. will be fixed through negotiation.
