Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To analyze requirements, check availability, ensure compatibility and design future work.
∎ • To analyze SOP, BOM, design work layout and ensure production according planning.
∎ • To coordinate from raw material collect, tracking and handover the finished goods to inventory.
∎ • To perform day to day work and maintain WIP stock as less as possible.
∎ • To communicate with PM, R&D, QC, IE and SCM regarding daily operation issues and give instruction to team members.
∎ • To ensure maximum productivity by efficient processes.
∎ • To follow necessary ISO and safety regulations, applicable work instructions, operating procedures, method statements, etc.
∎ • Watch over and organize the daily operations of own scope. In addition, make sure that is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently and safely.
∎ • To share daily report to superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • At least 4-5 year(s) Additional Requirements
∎ • Must have work experiences with Lean, Six Sigma etc.
∎ • Should have good knowledge on Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
∎ • Should have good knowledge on Extrusion & Injection Molding Process
∎ • Good (written and verbal) communication and effective human interaction skills in Bengali & English.
