Experience Requirements:
8+ years of experience in production planning; at least 4+ years in a managerial role.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Manager to join our Production Planning and Analytics team. This role is responsible for planning and managing seasonal production across our apparel, footwear, and accessories categories.
You will work closely with the Industrial Design Division and Supply Chain Division to turn product release plans into actionable production schedules, ensuring alignment with both internal capacity and vendor capabilities. Your ability to analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and drive execution will directly impact timely, high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage seasonal production plans aligned with sales forecasts.
Allocate programs based on factory/vendor capacity.
Monitor lead times and production output; adjust schedules as needed.
Collaborate with design, merchandising, procurement, and logistics teams.
Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and execution at the factory/vendor level.
Track production status and update management regularly.
Identify risks or delays and take corrective actions.
Maintain accurate planning data in ERP/PLM systems.
Analyze and improve production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Implement SOPs and best practices in planning and scheduling.
Lead and guide the production planning team.
Conduct performance reviews and support skill development.
