Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and supervise the yarn dyeing unit to ensure efficient operations and meeting production targets.
Ability to quick decision about shade matching, reprocess dyeing, topping, additions etc.
Strong concepts about dyeing recipe prepared, correction, change, color related decision taking etc.
Implement and monitor quality control process to maintain high standards.
Developing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and performing root cause analyses.
Coordinate with departments like QA, R&D, planning, logistics and others section to align production goals.
Report to the department head on production, quality and operational performance.
Must to know the use of Spectrophotometer.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and laws.
Good Computer knowledge Specially Advanced in Excel & Data Entry, Word, Power Point & Internet Browsing Etc.
