Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with garment factories, buying houses, and sourcing teams.
Promote and market the company's buttons, sewing threads, and other garment accessories to existing and potential customers.
Identify new business opportunities within the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) sector.
Visit garment factories regularly to generate sales leads and understand customer requirements.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders until successful completion.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, inquiries, orders, and sales activities.
Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support.
Participate in industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events when required.
Prepare regular sales and market reports for management review.
