Dyeing quality / Dyeing production/ Lab Executive job responsibilities

• Develop, manage implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company's Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
• Effectively interact with Technical development and Dyeing, Knitting, Finishing team to maintain product quality; ensuring that requirements are maintained.
• Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
• Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
• Coordination with department head regarding production planning & machine maintenance scheduling.
• Review & implement quality SOP
• To maintain all discipline and compliance issue
• Co-ordination with the Planning Department for the dyeing program.
• Machine wise planning as per capacity and priority
• Taking care of yarn dyeing production
• Regular training of the workmen and supervisory staff on quality issues
• Production planning according to priority and shipment requirements.
• Taking care of Quality checks of the dyed yarn, shade approval of yarn as well as the woven fabric.
• Yarn dyeing production and quality inspection.
• Manage the operation of Textile Laboratory on a day to day basis with specific emphasis on quality, productivity, formula accuracy & consistency
• Research & develop dyeing/wet processing/finishing procedures to improve formula accuracy & overall product quality
• Work closely with other department to ensure good communication & cooperation
• Ensure all laboratory resources are utilized efficiently & correctly
• Plans work efficiently so that results are obtained in a timely fashion. Ability to work in multi-tasks LAB work on projects that are substantially different
• Practice all health & safety procedures, policies & practices
• Practice excellent housekeeping. Maintain a clean, hygienic & organized LAB
