Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Textile from any reputed Institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for over all production and quality of the product, resources and their application in the department.
∎ To keep in control the breakage in simplex and ring frame and maintain working of process.
∎ To execute all parameters in department instructed by Functional Head.
∎ To ensure segregation of non-conforming product to avoid mix-up and to stop the machine in case of any non-conformity.
∎ To identify the training needs of newly appointed personnel regarding machine feature and quality of product.
∎ Responsible of idle spindle, hank loss, lot run out, speed loss, check the cleaning of machines.
∎ In case of any non-conforming material, stop the machine and bring to the notice of Functional Head (Tech.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years practical experience in Spinning mills. Preferance will be
∎ given to those candidates who have experiences of 100% Polyster or Polyster Sewing Thread.

Salary: Negotiable
