• B.A./BSc in Textile Eng. / Industrial Eng. & Production

• Age 28 to 45 years

• Positive work attitude, sincerity and honesty.

• Must have strong leadership and management capability and be target-oriented.

• Should be experienced and capable of managing cutting, sewing & finishing sections and fully run RMG production system woven Garments.

• Candidate should have experience with shirts and ladies tops.

• Must have good command in both English & Bangla.

• Must have fair knowledge of production planning.

• Must be able to work under pressure

• The candidate will be responsible for making an effective monthly production plan/ advance plan of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, production head, & management team, and timely input.

• Resource Management: Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, machinery, materials, and production facilities, to achieve production targets and minimize costs.

• Monitor production processes, conduct quality checks, and implement corrective actions to address deviations or issues.

• Team Management: Lead and supervise a production team, including production supervisors and line workers.

• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate production processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• To guide the team for an effective machine lay-out to execute its production schedule and to ensure utilization of the man, machines, materials in a cost effective manner.

• Follow up the production of the running orders and give the guidelines to the subordinates for smooth operation.

• Maintain the production schedule, strictly follow up on hourly production, and work to achieve and increase production target.
