Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities & Context:
- A Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training. We invite energetic and results oriented professionals with the proven employment track records to work under friendly and highly professional working culture.
- Has to perform day-to-day HR operations as well as periodical and special assignments.
- Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
- Must be able to work with HRIS Software, skills of handling Payroll Software.
- Maintain employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
- Improve Employees/workers and management relationship and ensuring comfortable environment at workplace.
- Conduct analysis on Working Hour, absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them.
- Good Knowledge about employee monthly salary, final settlement, maternity benefit, bonus, leave, attendance and performance appraisal. (As per labor law and rules).
