Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Production Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chemical Manufacture and production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fostering a production environment that is focused on safety and quality initiatives.
∎ Consulting with Top management and R&D team and making recommendations on research findings and product innovations.
∎ Implement quality control and assurance procedures, achieving a world class standard material production.
∎ Implement and manage manufacturing flow systems (continuous improvement, lean, six sigma, 5S, etc) for maximum efficiency and capacity utilization.
∎ Manage production schedules and plans on a daily basis to meet customer commitments and deadlines, both internal and external.
∎ Ensure all manufacturing activities operate consistent with the Work Plan and the budget.
∎ Leading and managing Supply Chain, Packing, Administration and maintenance at plant level efficiently & effectively.
∎ Monitor and improve plant analytics, standard operating procedures and present production reports and metrics to the management team.
∎ Ensure all equipment is maintained and working properly and safely.
∎ Control Yields, Wastage, WIP and overall Operating expenses.
∎ Maintain better and verifiable chemical data in the chemical inventory list.
∎ Must be "hands-on manager", willing to do whatever it takes to keep the plant running.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bi-Lingual (English/Bangla) would be a plus but not a must.
∎ The proven ability to work productively with individuals at all levels inside and outside the organization.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
