• The applicants should have enough knowledge in knit, woven, vortex, Rotor, denim, open end blended, Lycra, Recycle etc. yarn manufactures.

Skills and pieces of knowledge of Production (Operation) in Spinning Mill

• Proficient in supervising all maintenance activities including providing technical inputs for practicing better business practices.
• Expertise in planning, execution and commissioning of yarn spinning projects India & Overseas (Indonesia & Africa) with different fibers & products.
• Liaising with clients, senior level executives and other vital contacts.
• Achieve optimum production levels, efficiencies, quality standards and manpower productivity.
• Knowledge of 100% Cotton, 100% Viscose, 100% Polyester, Polyester- Cotton, Viscose-Cotton Blends spinning processes.
• Expertise in Cost reduction techniques in spinning.
• Proficient in working with other professionals to improve production facilities & reduce incidence of costly breakdown; developing strategies to improve overall reliability & safety of plant, personnel and production processes.
• Managing New Spinning projects, supervisory staff, planning budgets, reviewing expenses, cutting costs, monitoring inventory, and looking for new ways to increase profitability.
• Focusing on the continual improvements in Productivity & Quality, thereby assisting sales team in development of New Domestic & abroad markets.
• Proficient in improving & optimization of the Spinning processes/machine parameters after analysis of the product performance in further processes after spinning such as Yarn Dyeing, Weaving (Warping, Sizing, Loom), Knitting & processing.
• Knowledge of various fabric defects and their causes which are directly related with the Spinning process.

Job Responsibilities of Production (Operation) in Spinning Mill

• Working exposure in Integrated Composite Textile plants led to improvement in technical aspects of improving productivity, quality and Health of machines.

• Improving the Yarn quality through analysis of its performance in further processes (Weaving, Knitting, Processing) with help of the customer feedback and regular visit as CTS services.

• Optimization of the process & machine parameters for achieving the desired performance & continual improvement of the product performance at the customer end.

• Rectifying the wrong systems and practices in the Spinning processes through proper analysis of the Fabrics and their defects.

• Reduction in the defective quality material generation through better optimization of the process/machine parameters after analysis of the performance in processes after spinning.

• Through intense learning & understanding of Spinning Technologies contributed to continuous improvement in Productivity & quality aspects during the spinning.

• Looking after end-to-end management of mechanical maintenance department as per schedule and ensuring timely completion & delivery of work to management.

• Investigating and solving plant problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems.

• Implementation & Execution of New Spinning projects with proper planning and optimization of parameters at all stages of spinning processes for achieving the desired results in terms of Productivity & Quality.

• Ensuring that all activities are carried out as per the requirements of organizational policies.

• Liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues.

• Cutting any waste & unnecessary costs to create a streamlined process and fast production times

• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs; dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems & repairs.

• Analyzing various processes /applications & recommending process modifications to enhance operations.

• Improving health and safety policies & procedures

• Handled all the Production, Maintenance & Quality related activities in the Spinning unit.

• Working with other professionals in order to improve production facilities & reduce incidence of costly breakdown; developing strategies to improve overall reliability & safety of plant, personnel and production processes

• Ensuring reduction in line rejection and cycle time of production, man hour & raw material inventory.
