• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Diploma in Electronics Engineering (Minimum 10-15 years’ Experience)

Or

• B.Sc In EEE or relevant technical discipline.

• 10 to 15 years

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments and Spinning Mills and Textile industrial sector.

• Technical Skills

• Ability to programming, installation& repairing for (Arduino, Microcontroller &PLC) System.

• Organize and maintain Research Lab Facilities.

• Advanced expertise in preventive & corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

• Strong hands-on experience with PLC programming, automation systems, sensors, motors, drives, and control panels.

• Proficiency in mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, gears, bearings, and fabrication.

• Skilled in machine calibration, alignment, and performance optimization for high productivity and quality output.

• Experience in machine installation, commissioning, and modification projects.

• Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices in machinery operations.

• Ability to work with technical drawings, CAD designs, and circuit diagrams.

• Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.

• Strong communication and reporting skills (maintenance logs, technical reports).

• Ability to train and mentor junior engineers/technicians.

• High sense of safety, responsibility, and compliance orientation.

• Adaptability to new technologies and continuous learning mindset.

• Experience and Qualification:

• Minimum 15 years’ relevant professional experience from any company/Industrial.

• Microcontroller programming (PLC, AVR, Arduino) skills.

• PLC Programming (SIMENS, DELTA, Mitsubishi) skills.

• Ability to read and update mechanical drawing, electrical schematics and wiring diagram.

• PCB Design Single Layer (Any Design Software)

• Electrical & Electronics simulation system.

• Good understanding of electronic, electric circuits& Hand soldering skills.

• Well organized and able to manage time to work independently.

• Strong work ethic and ability to manage calmly under pressure.

• Strong hands-on skills, electro-mechanically inclined.

• Computer skills including Microsoft office (word, excel & Power point)
