• Monitor and improve plant performance metrics

• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives

• Reduce operational costs while maintaining quality

• Support strategic decision-making with data insights

• Cost Reduction Techniques

• Energy Efficiency & Sustainability

• Knowledge of production systems, capacity planning, line balancing, and work study

• OEE; Downtime; Yield etc.

• Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, and industrial automation tools

• Daily loss/ variance analysis

• Continuous Improvement: Apply LEAN principles to drive sustainable gains in reliability, quality, and delivery.

• Performance Analysis: Conduct Bottleneck Analysis (BNA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Loss Tree Analysis (LTA), and studies to boost productivity.

• Standards Development: Establish and maintain line and labor standards (LLS) for new and existing SKUs based on historical data and studies.

• Digital Transformation: Deploy and utilize digital tools like SAP modules and Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO) for performance tracking.

• Operational Optimization: Determine optimal machine speeds, crewing, and production cycles.

• Collaboration: Work closely with factory teams (production, maintenance, quality) to improve overall plant performance.
