Position Overview

We are looking for experienced and competent professionals for Production, QA & QC functions who will ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality product output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day production activities (IV infusion, SVS, Syringe blister) as per SOP and cGMP.

  • Raise requisitions for raw and packaging materials based on daily production needs.

  • Maintain and review BMR & BPR and perform in-process checks (IPC).

  • Verify line clearance and monitor manufacturing & packaging operations.

  • Collect and test samples of raw, bulk, intermediate, and finished products.

  • Prepare test solutions (TS, VS, BS), COA, SOP, STP, and other quality documents.

  • Handle Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, and OOS with proper documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with GDP, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain the cleanliness of production areas, equipment, and QC instruments.

  • Ensure installation, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), calibration, and maintenance of equipment.

  • Manage preventive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.

  • Maintain HVAC system for cleanroom compliance.

  • Maintain validation protocols, calibration records, and equipment logs.

  • Support new equipment procurement, facility expansion, and upgrades.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management
