∎ Experience at the relevant field.
∎ Minimum 5-7 Years’ experience at Sports shoes/ Synthetic shoes

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the administrative activities of the production facility to arrange the work forces and other functional things to ensure smooth & compliant production operations in the factory.
∎ Design the layout of the production floor to set up efficient production lines for footwear from the input of raw materials till the packaged finished products.
∎ Standardize the production process and build the SOP including all production parameters for each of the product lines and ensure it's respected during the production process.
∎ Drive the product development and formalize step by step process parameters.
∎ Standardize the quality parameters per products and ensure it's respected during the production to ensure only right quality are produced.
∎ Train the factory workforce in the production process, quality standard, safety & hygiene requirements and ensure it's maintained throughout the factory operations.
∎ Drive the factory operations for better efficiency to optimize per unit production cost of the products continuously.
∎ Maintain production floor as per compliance standard for any buyer.
∎ Labor management development & build up relationship with workers thus it helps to increase productivity & on time delivery.
∎ Lean activities, time study, motion study & others method apply for increase productivity.
∎ 5'S implementation and audit every day.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
