Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to the productivity of the entire production unit of Garments.
∎ Check and supply Raw Material to ensure smooth production.
∎ Ensure 100% quality of the product as per standard and specification.
∎ Lead the team, supervise and train the junior colleagues/workers/operators and helper.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Analyze, control, and reduce cost and wastage effectively and efficiently.
∎ To make daily production report with all required data as per required management.
∎ To ensure Safety guidelines, Cleaning & housekeeping of the Production Floor.
∎ Follow up total production flow by and balancing the production lines.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Splendid Presentable Skills
∎ Sensational Technical Skills
∎ Must have the ability to manage and energize team members.
∎ Commanding communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Good knowledge of the latest operating systems, office automation such as MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
