∎ Experience: Minimum 1 years in garment manufacturing, with expertise in sewing and quality control.
∎ Strong knowledge of sewing machine operations, pattern making, and garment construction.
∎ Proficiency in quality control standards such as AQL, ISO, and compliance audits.
∎ Leadership and problem-solving skills to manage a production team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
∎ Preferred Qualifications:
∎ Experience in polo t-shirt manufacturing or similar products.
∎ Familiarity with automatic Juki sewing machines and advanced production techniques.
∎ Proficiency in production software or ERP systems (added advantage).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production Management:
∎ Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
∎ Plan and schedule production to meet order deadlines.
∎ Optimize workflow, minimize waste, and improve efficiency.
∎ Maintain accurate production records and reports.
∎ Quality Control:
∎ Implement and maintain quality control standards throughout production.
∎ Monitor fabric cutting, sewing, and finishing processes to ensure defect-free garments.
∎ Train and guide sewing operators on quality improvement techniques.
∎ Conduct in-line and final inspections to maintain high standards.
∎ Work closely with the quality assurance team to reduce rework and defects.
∎ Sewing & Technical Skills:
∎ Provide technical guidance on sewing techniques, stitching methods, and pattern adjustments.
∎ Troubleshoot sewing machine issues and ensure proper maintenance.
∎ Improve sewing operators' efficiency through training and skill development.
∎ Team Management:
∎ Lead and supervise production floor workers, sewing operators, and quality inspectors.
∎ Ensure worker safety and compliance with company policies.
∎ Motivate and train team members to improve productivity and quality.
∎ Inventory & Resource Management:
∎ Ensure the availability of raw materials and maintain inventory levels.
∎ Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material supply.
∎ Minimize fabric and trim wastage while maximizing yield.
