Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Textile Technology
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering with sound Academic background from any renowned University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ At least 3 (Three) Years working experience as PM/Manager (Production) in any renowned Export oriented modern Yarn manufacturing Factory is must.
∎ Job Location - Vhatulia Kamarpara Turag,Uttora Dhaka-1230.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for overall production of the factory.
∎ To manage and administer effectively all the factory matters for uninterrupted production.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ To ensure availability of skilled worker for smooth operation.
∎ Follow up the Raw Material Warehouses, needs to be maintained in well manner.
∎ Responding as Team leader for any emergency issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 39 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (oral & written) in English.
∎ Sound Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, MS-word and excel is a must.
∎ Report producing for management and MIS
∎ Technical knowledge in related machines and production process.
∎ Able to work under pressure, team Work & negotiation Skill.
∎ Managing ability with problem solution & analytically skills.
∎ Good knowledge in Quality Department.
