Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to handle all activities related to production.
∎ Maintain proper target Ratio.
∎ To ensure all the products are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ To prepare & to submit necessary reports required by the management.
∎ Maintain and monitor all the required reports that are relevant to the team and for the top management.
∎ Responsible to control absenteeism and labor turnover of both worker & staff by motivating them to come to work (With the support of HR team).
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 years experience in same position, 4 Years in the similar field.
∎ Skills Required: Leadership and interpersonal skills, Project Management Skills, Strong communication skills , Strong problem solving skills.
Salary: Negotiable
