Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliable and efficiently. Prepare production plan and monitor and control all production process in sewing, cutting, finishing section.
∎ Production planning , production control, plant layout, Method analysis, Maintain the floor discipline, Monitor hourly production & that ensure.
∎ . Monitor the overall sewing process as per buyer requirement, Quality control, Maintain shipment schedule, . Maintain the floor discipline.
∎ Line layout, Ensure hourly line production target, line discipline etc
∎ Established the flow of work Sewing, Printing, cutting & Finishing dept.
∎ To perform style wise operation breakdown or sketch.
∎ • Style wise SMV & Production target setup (Paper Layout)
∎ • Initiate method study & motion study.
∎ • Operation Scanning (Motion Study) & Skill Test, Skill Matrix.
∎ • Layout the machine by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best work flow.
∎ • Reducing unnecessary manpower, increase, Productivity & Efficiency.
∎ Managing machine feeds, folders & guides to start up production of new style.
∎ Working experience with ZARA-Inditex,Lotto,Champion, Terranova,Lidl, Stradiverius, Carrefour,H&M and Walmart buyer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
