Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Prepare Production plan for the lines (manpower, machine and styles) and giving instruction to the line supervisors / In Charge.
∎ To manage technical and proper production line of Knit Garments.
∎ To follow production plan and achieve set production targets by analyzing individual workers performance, identifying bottlenecks and quick balancing lines as and when required.
∎ To analyze line performance based on work efficiency, man to machine ratio and cost/pieces and plan for continuous improvement.
∎ To analyze quality data and discussion with other team members.
∎ To perform other production related duties and responsibilities.
∎ To ensure smooth flow of production with maximum target at optimum quality.
∎ To ensure the delivery of the products within the stipulated time frame through a proper production plan.
∎ Coordinate with concern department and follow up to reduce Non Productive time.
∎ Monitor hourly production and ensure correct method so that the production output is as per the desire limit.
∎ Analyze and assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production.
∎ Ensuring Optimum utilization of man, machine & material for higher productivity. Improvement of existing products using optimized level of raw material.
∎ Wastage reduction through training operators and work process improvement.
∎ Basic Knowledge of Worker HR Issues.
∎ Must have Technical, Supply Chain & Social Compliance Audit Knowledge.
∎ Proper Knowledge of 5S.
∎ Ability to increase employee’s skills.
