∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in worker and production monitoring.
∎ Experience in a wig manufacturing factory will be preferred.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
∎ Familiarity with Email, WhatsApp for communication.
∎ Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Willingness to travel as per job requirements.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Order-wise production monitoring to ensure timely completion.
∎ Worker supervision to maintain efficiency and quality.
∎ Submitting daily production reports to management.
∎ Managing stock and inventory efficiently.
∎ Overseeing purchase management for production needs.
∎ Supervising the knotting site for quality assurance.
∎ Assisting in accounts and financial control related to production.
∎ Conducting production cost analysis for efficiency improvements.
∎ Managing orders and coordinating with relevant departments.
