Job Context:
∎ Fuji PVC Pipe & Plastic Ind. Ltd. PVC Door, WPC Door & WPC Board, PVC Ceiling product manufacturer in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for experienced industrial production skill individuals who have minimum 4 + years working experience in the WPC & PVC door production.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, managing and executing production operations
∎ To ensure implementation of daily production plan as per daily/weekly/monthly production demand.
∎ Ensure standard quality of the products when the production is underway.
∎ Schedule routine inspection, maintenance and cleanliness of production equipment to prevent equipment break-downs and malfunctioning.
∎ To prepare daily/weekly/monthly production report and submit to line manager.
∎ Ensure quality of products as per specification or checklist.
∎ Physically labor utilization, rejection & cost control of production line.
∎ Ensuring safety and security in function of production floor and also ensuring compliance.
∎ Overall follow up and monitoring capability under assign territory.
∎ Administer the production person with accurate guidance for achieving production target and raw material consumption.
∎ To execute production plans among as per sales team requirement.
∎ Should have proper knowledge regarding industry, competitors activities.
∎ Proper RM ration for PVC Door, WPC Door, Ceiling and PVC Foamed Board .
∎ Achieve production target to meet smooth sales and delivery target as per business plan.
∎ Follow up and monitor production efficiency and RM consumption as daily and monthly basis.
∎ Develop new production as per sales team requirement.
∎ Visit corporate customers product to product development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on modern production tools and techniques.
∎ Knowledge on Quality Assurances system.
∎ Problem solving skills, time management and reporting skill.
Salary: Negotiable
