Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for production planning for formalwear (Waist coat, Formal trouser) and ensure on-time delivery based on customers.
∎ Responsible for increasing production with minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standard.
∎ Lead to implement new technology for suit (Waist coat, Formal trouser) manufacturing process and enhancing productivity and efficiency.
∎ To monitor and confirm production following ladder plan forecast, lay-out plan managing critical process, accessories availability, cut to ship ratio and efficiency.
∎ To lead and provide solutions for technical matters by buyer internal pre- production meeting with concern departments.
∎ Understand about technical sheet & artwork during production sampling.
∎ Review monthly production plan for item- Waist coat, Formal trouser
∎ Monitoring & control absenteeism, turnover and migration
∎ Follow up Hourly production report.
∎ Follow up in-line Quality related report.
∎ Conduct Pre-production meeting before bulk production start.
∎ Train up in-house manpower for improving process wise productivity.
∎ Follow up department wise goal & achievement.
∎ Style change over implementation & follow up as per SOP.
∎ Coordination with planning, merchandising & production team.
∎ Any special task/assignment as required for the position as given by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Work in reputed Suits factory is must.
∎ Technically sound in Formalwear (Blazer, Dress pant, Waist Coat).
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power point.
