Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all kinds of Production & KPI related activities for dedicated production floor.
∎ Provide required guidelines & instructions to sub-ordinates to achieved high productivity levels with required quality levels.
∎ To maintain the departmental cost to the agreed level.
∎ Prepare the weekly stitching plan according to the shipment plan received from planning department.
∎ To plan and maintain a minimum workforce required by the stitching plan as per shipment forecasting .
∎ To check and verify all required stitching and packing accessories are available as per stitching plan.
∎ To guide and train the sub-ordinates to carry out their duties in an effective and productive manner.
∎ To check and monitor the manpower utilization of the department / sections to assure that it gives the maximum benefits to the company.
∎ Instructed to the sub-ordinates for optimal use of machinery in the section.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing wastage, rejection, alteration, over production & extra hour working.
∎ Ensure to following the shipment schedules and must be achieved as per set plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to handle a big volume production floor.
∎ Knowledge about lean Wastage and manufacturing is highly recommended.
