Job Context:
∎ Home Textile
∎ Four Production Floor
∎ Product Item: Bed sheet, Pillow cover, Curtain, Duvet cover
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality standard throughout the processes according to the define quality control plan.
∎ Practical technical knowledge on garments quality requirements and standards.
∎ Conduct pre- production and technical meeting & maintain training records.
∎ Conduct inspection on behalf of customer being nominated from the customer.
∎ Work for continuous improvement & competitiveness.
∎ Conduct random traceability audit from packing to cutting, collect, review & analyze report and communicate to all concern regarding findings.
∎ Ensure the complementation, verify the effectiveness and secure the compliance for the customer.
∎ Conduct departmental training as per the define training plan.
∎ Coordinate with concern regarding the quality challenges and lead the solution from the front line.
∎ Ensure & Follow-up the implementation of all quality requirements in the shop floor.
∎ Work on yearly improvement project through process /method improvement, reduction cost or improving quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in garments manufacturing (quality & production) is preferable.
∎ Knowledge on international quality standard.
