∎ BSc / MSc
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and monitor production of particle board as per plan / schedule and submit daily production report to the concern authority.
∎ Prepare daily production plan as per the requirement of the market.
∎ Follow up of in process materials and their conditions as per standard
∎ Prepare and submit Daily and Monthly Material Report to Factory GM/Director
∎ Ensure product quality as per their parameter with the help of QA team
∎ Coordinate with Maintenance team to ensure maximum serviceability of machinery.
∎ Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all equipment
∎ Forecasting of Raw Material consumption and submit requirements of raw material stock with the consult of stock / store Manager.
∎ Allocate required manpower properly
∎ Monitor the performance of allocated people
∎ Take care of workers' safety
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping in production area
∎ Estimate costs and prepare budgets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 7 to 10 year(s) experience in relevant areas.
∎ Proven experience as production director
∎ Deep knowledge of production management
∎ Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
∎ Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
∎ Experience in reporting on key production metrics
∎ Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
