Job Context:
∎ S. A GROUP OF INDUSTRIES is looking for an experienced person for the position of Production Manager (Condensed Milk), in its Factory, Chattogram.
∎ Chattogram - the applicant should be able to commit to stay longer period of time in Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the Condensed Milk production process, sketch out a production schedule.
∎ Responsible for all analytical and Microbiological tests of sweetened Condensed Milk, raw materials and packing materials.
∎ Responsible for quality assurance of sweet and non-sweet condensed milk by the product formulation, process control, assurance of good quality Can making, assurance of most hygienic and aseptic condition of filling room and quality control of packing.
∎ Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
∎ Working out the human and material resources needed.
∎ Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
∎ Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
∎ Responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
∎ Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programme.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
∎ Supervising and motivating a team of workers.
∎ Any others job assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in FMCG (Condensed Milk) sector.
∎ At least 10 years of working experience in Condensed Milk Factory.
Salary: Negotiable
