∎ Bachelor in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have ability to develop a complete sample.
∎ Overall production handling and monitoring as per schedule.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Need to achieve day to day target of production as per given plan.
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout for all styles.
∎ Planning for cost minimization with maximizing quality and efficiency in production.
∎ Taking necessary steps to track and optimize productivity maintaining standard.
∎ Should have capacity to control floor administration.
∎ Having clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality.
∎ To make necessary arrangement of training for the subordinates in order to increase the production capability by following modern production procedure.
∎ Strict monitoring for reduction of wastage in fabrics and yarn.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age should be between 30 to 36 years.
∎ Has to be a resident of Chattogram.

∎ Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
∎ Should be smart, hardworking and target oriented.
∎ Should be confident enough to take leadership.
