Additional Requirements:

- Expertise in quality control systems, reverse engineering, and process optimization.
- Strong grasp of industrial safety, inventory management, and efficiency improvement.
- Basics of CNC Lathe, CNC Router, CNC Milling, CNC Laser Cutting & Bending highly preferred.
- Basics of CAD/CAM preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Proven ability to lead technical teams (30 members).
- Oversee store operations and inventory management.
- Production efficiency & deadline-based work experience necessary.
- Metal Fabrication Production for construction hardware like tower bolt, locks, ladders is a plus.
- Accessories or Garments Printing Experience with Mechanical Fabrication is a good add on.
- Communicate with Operations/Sales team daily about Production Related updates.
- Oversee daily production and QC implementation.
- Lead reverse engineering for product development.
- Execute daily production of door and furniture hardware as per plan.
- Monitor machines for casting, pressing, and assembling fittings.
- Mentor teams and optimize manufacturing workflows.
- New Product Development.
- Lead R&D.
- Manage Purchase for the Workshop – Production.
- Supervision of all production staff and ensure highest efficiency.
