Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Footwear Engineering from any reputed Institution / Vast experience in leather technology about over all footwear production can be considered the educational side.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have leather based long/short boot/sandal/ leather finished shoes making experience.
∎ Prepare the production plan to ensure the successful achievement of production..
∎ Responsible for the department of Cutting, Preparation, Sewing, Quality, lasting and Sample development.
∎ Ensure the input of the production line based on pre-production plan.
∎ Set up the all section goal and best effort to achieve the goal.
∎ Take proper initiative to reduce excess man power, over time and wastes to achieve continuous cost improvement.
∎ Develop the system for smooth production flow.
∎ To meet up the shipment date in definite time frame
∎ Monitor hourly production and analyze the defects and work on to permanent remove.
∎ Ensure smooth final inspection to meet up the shipment date in definite time frame.
∎ Ensure all machines are operated by maintaining approved SOP.
∎ Coordinate with QA, store and Planning department to ensure product quality & delivery compliance.
∎ Ensure operations as per process instruction and maintain documents in line with QA
∎ Motivate and develop work force to enhance productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5- 6 years working experience in the said position.
∎ Should have strong knowledge of footwear development.
∎ Updated knowledge of International Buyers requirement and quality systems is a must
∎ Analytical & problem solving skill.
∎ Very good in both written & oral English.
∎ Leadership Quality.
∎ Good Motivator.
∎ Proactive and Quick decision maker
∎ Strong communication skill and ability to work with European technician.
∎ Strong ability to absorb production pressure
∎ Loves in work in a team
