Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Footwear Engineering from any reputed Institution / Vast experience in leather technology about footwear production especially in lasting section can be considered the educational side.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good technical knowledge of shoe production process especially in lasting department.
∎ Should have vast knowledge about material and chemical usage in shoe production.
∎ Ability to operate and manage large volume of leather shoe production facility smoothly.
∎ Ability to introduce system, develop process and quality control activities.
∎ Ability to set and follow-up monthly, daily and hourly target.
∎ Ensure proper production planning and execution to obtain optimal utilization of resources.
∎ Strong ability to resolve technical bottleneck in the Lasting line (Assembly) for smooth production flow to achieve right quality and quantity.
∎ Ensure minimize wastage in term of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.
∎ Development the skill of the team to get the maximum output in production floor.
∎ Apply lean production approach to all aspects of a business; from design, through production to distribution.
∎ Engage in product design, development and implementation.
∎ Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production Operations.
∎ Implement and enforce quality control & tracking programs to meet quality Objectives.
∎ Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
∎ Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary Interventions for improvement.
∎ Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination with other departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5- 6 years working experience in the said position.
∎ Should have strong knowledge of footwear development.
∎ Updated knowledge of International Buyers requirement and quality systems is a must
∎ Analytical & problem solving skill.
∎ Very good in both written & oral English.
∎ Leadership Quality.
∎ Good Motivator.
∎ Proactive and Quick decision maker
∎ Strong communication skill and ability to work with European technician.
∎ Strong ability to absorb production pressure
∎ Loves in work in a team
