• Responsible for daily production output and efficiency as per daily capacity target.

• Good knowledge on sports shoe production process and technical solutions.

• Supervising all production activities to ensure efficient operation and adherence to quality standards.

• Efficiently allocating and managing resources including manpower, machinery, and materials to optimize production output and minimize costs.

• Should have sound knowledge about line layout and Line balancing.

• Able to solve technical issues of footwear production as per customer requirements.

• Responsible for control rejections.

• Work closely with the production team from the development stage in order to foresee production, bottlenecks, quality problems and troubleshoot them.

• Day-to-day production plan to meet customer delivery date, implement and focus on customer requirements.

• Will get preference if have sound knowledge about lean tools : Kanban, Zidoka, 6S etc.

• Responsible for manpower budgeting and cost savings from Budget as monthly target.

• Follow-up materials inventory to ensure on time input in production.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain team and material handlers to supply the workstations with material quickly and efficiently.

• The applicants should have experience in the area of sample assessment, sample making, bulk production and footwear construction knowledge of modern and updated quality assurance procedures and techniques.

• Should have strong leadership skill & responsible to maintain a Harmony in the workplace: Worker Satisfaction, High retention of Production Staff and operators.
