📝 Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and disciplined Production Line Man to oversee the tailoring production process from cutting to final finishing. The role ensures smooth workflow, quality control, and timely delivery of all customer orders.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the production line (cutting, sewing, QC, ironing)

• Assign tasks to tailors and workers based on workload

• Monitor order progress and ensure deadlines are met

• Maintain proper workflow and avoid bottlenecks

• Ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage

• Coordinate with showroom/sales team for order updates

• Track production status and update system/app regularly

• Handle worker issues, attendance, and discipline

• Reduce errors, rework, and wastage

• Ensure proper use of materials and tools

✅ Requirements:

• Experience in tailoring/garments production management is a plus

• Leadership and team management skills

• Ability to handle pressure and deadlines

• Basic knowledge of mobile/tablet apps for tracking orders

💡 Bonus Skills:

• Experience in boutique or custom tailoring shops is a plus

• Knowledge of production planning and workflow optimization
