Key Responsibilities

• Overall production planning, execution, and control
• Manage sewing lines, cutting, finishing, and supporting departments
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and on-time shipment
• Improve efficiency, reduce wastage, and control production cost
• Coordinate closely with IE, QA, Maintenance, and Merchandising teams
• Ensure compliance with factory safety, audit, and buyer requirements
