∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Strong understanding of rice plant operations (parboiling, drying, milling, grading, polishing, etc.).
∎ Experience in handling production equipment such as paddy separators, destoners, whitener machines, graders, color sorters, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing rice milling and processing operations to meet daily/weekly production targets.
∎ Maintain & forecast stock of raw materials & packing materials, etc., for running production and ensure supply for the following day's production.
∎ Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency, yield, and product quality.
∎ Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety norms, and quality control guidelines.
∎ Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime and ensure preventive maintenance of equipment.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery of finished products to the distribution point.
∎ Maintain records for production batches, raw material consumption, and finished goods.
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
∎ Train and develop production team members to enhance operational capabilities.
