∎ Minimum B.Sc or equivalent degree (Food Technology/ Chemistry Preferred)
∎ Diploma in Food Technology with extensive experience may also apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged)/Beverage
Job Context:
∎ Responsible for production of Cookies and Noodles as per requirement maintaining quality
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure day to day production & maintain quality to full fill the requirements.
∎ Manage production employees to produce optimal production.
∎ Ensure raw & packing materials availability on the floor & store.
∎ Monitor, control & utilization of man, materials for optimum productivity.
∎ Ensure personal hygiene, cleaning of floor & machinery.
∎ Monitor performance of the section supervisor, operator & workers.
∎ Good Communication with store, Maintenance, distribution sections & top management.
∎ Achieve production target in daily & monthly.
∎ Maintain FIFO of RM, PM consumption & finished product handover.
∎ Ensure record keeping for all relevant process.
∎ Prepare Monthly report on productivity, materials, Inventory to the management.
∎ Generate daily, weekly & monthly productions report & verify stock physically for report to production Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge of MS Office.
Salary: Negotiable
