Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• B.Sc in Chemical/Textile Engineering.

• 1 to 2 years

• Worked in Technical related Skill with Computer Knowledge & Fluent in English.

• Providing technical advice to production staff, product development, quality control & marketing staff.

• Daily developing new color by paint pigment recipe.

• Operating knowledge about spectrophometer including computer software system.

• Colour judgement capability both visual & numerical by using CCI (Color Computer Inspection).

• Using reference samples to identify color requirements & maintain CMC value within standard level.

• Ensuring color fastness, accurate color production, stability & durability of products.

• Using color measuring equipment, light source to ensure color reliability in pigments.

• Controlling sample & bulk production within same quality standards.

• Weekly sub material and chemical inventory report preparation.

• Cleaning, maintenance & calibration of spectrophometer and other instruments of analysis lab.

• Ensure 5s & safety and prepare KYT based on section risk assessment.

• Ensure product quality by standard operating procedure (SOP).

• Monthly PPE distribution, monitoring & control.

• Customer claim analysis & report making.

• Keeping up to date with trends and innovations within the profession.

• Producing innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Conduct training to subordinates & workers.

• Any other tasks assign by the department manager.
