• Diploma in Engineering in Chemical Technical/Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering

Additional Requirements:

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.

• 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in production, factory operations, or a relevant field.

• Must be skilled in performing etching processes by hand and working in a lab environment within a factory setting.

• Strong problem-solving, reporting, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently, often under pressure.

• Excellent troubleshooting and technical issue-solving abilities.

• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth factory operations.

• Perform etching processes manually and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production cycle.

• Handle and supervise lab operations within the factory environment, ensuring accuracy in sample preparation and testing.

• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot operational and technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

• Coordinate with the maintenance and quality control teams to ensure equipment efficiency and product quality.

• Maintain detailed production reports and documentation for management review.

• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed on the factory floor.

• Lead and support production teams, providing guidance and training as required.
