Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure100% capacity utilization through effective production planning.
∎ Follow up the implementation of the production plan, update the production plan from time to time according to the current situation.
∎ Arrange the Pre-Production meeting to determine production target and assure the achievement on time.
∎ Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing, and finishing according to plan.
∎ Work to implement planning and identify and reduce the gap between Actual Plan VS achievement.
∎ Distribute production plan to all related production staff and arrange production meetings to implement the plan.
∎ Monitor daily production, make daily production report, and tracking section wise production.
∎ Work with merchandising team to QC file as per production lead time and monitor trims-accessories and fabrics in-house status.
∎ Closely monitoring all pre-production activities (size set cutting, PP meeting, pilot Run) and priority based work progressing.
∎ Follow up the shipment and ensure on time shipment through chasing finishing team for on time final arrangement of shipment and ensuring right time shipment.
∎ Prepare the cutting report, buyer wise production report, recheck report, input report, closing stock statement, WIP/line balancing, hourly production report, and style wise summary report.
∎ Monthly shipment status identifying and explaining short or access.
∎ Calculation of Normal hour/ compliance hour production.
