Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation and Post Graduation in any discipline from reputed public or private university.
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a reputed university will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for monitoring and sourcing complete sample, lab dips, accessories, trims from home & abroad and communicate with various suppliers to get the current price/ strike off / Hand loom.
∎ Strong & Adequate working knowledge of sourcing, Market Survey with competitive Negotiation Skill.
∎ Good knowledge on price quotation, product development, fabric, consumption & order follow-up.
∎ To prepare purchase orders, internal order & costing sheets
∎ Sound knowledge on production (patter, consumption and wash etc.)
∎ Candidate has to coordinate with marketing, design, supply chain, production & store department of the company.
∎ To mediate production and quality department and work closely with QA to ensure best final product & take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production
∎ Co-ordinates with production team in order to deliver on time shipment.
∎ Ensure maximum lead time to production & execute the maximum profit from all merchandise
∎ Having excellent product knowledge with capacity of handling very demanding and globally renowned customers
∎ Candidate must be expert in sourcing new buyers, collecting orders, shipment follow-up and communication with buyers
∎ Ability to work as a team Leader.

∎ For Senior Merchandiser position job experience minimum 8 years required.
∎ Must have capability & experience for maintaining denim/woven/bottom garments.
∎ Should have good marketing skill.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mail communication, uses of internet is a must.
∎ Able to work in under pressure.
∎ Communication skills both in oral and written in English.
∎ Well expert in Woven/Denim/Bottom/Wash Processing.
